I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist pursuing a Doctorate of
Nursing Practice (DNP) at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions
in Provo, Utah. I am currently conducting an investigation to complete
my clinical capstone project. I invite you to participate in my investigation
to describe healthcare provider attitudes and knowledge regarding patients
with chronic low back pain (CLBP) before and after a CLBP teaching intervention.
Your participation in this investigation will involve completing an
online pre-test survey (approximately 20 minutes) and then proceeding through
the online teaching program (approximately 20 minutes), after which you
will be automatically connected back to complete an online post-test survey
(approximately 20 minutes). All data will be aggregated and reported as
group data. You are assured complete confidentiality since you are asked
NOT to enter your name anywhere within the survey. Your participation is
voluntary and will in no way jeopardize your role as a healthcare provider.
Moreover, the benefit to your participation will be to learn more about
CLBP and how to best assess and treat patients with CLBP in primary care.
Your informed consent will be assumed by your decision to continue through
the online testing.

We are seeking 2 Physician Assistants or Family
Nurse Practitioners for separate opportunities in eastern North Carolina.
Prefer experienced providers but may consider a strong new grad with previous
critical care experience. One position is for Urgent Care and the other
is Rural Health. Both are autonomous (sole provider). The Urgent Care consists
of 3-12 hr shifts. The Rural health schedule is M-F, 9a – 5p. Compensation
will be $78 - $102k (with additional incentives that could put you over
$100k). Comprehensive benefit package including 30 days PTO, paid medical
insurance, and relocation assistance. Both sites have guaranteed Federal
Loan Repayment (a $50,000 non taxable benefit over two years worth $65k
